Zeenat Bibi aged about 35 years is the resident of Okara, she is also a member/student of the Voice Adult Education program in okara. She is the victim of rape by the hands of the Muslim landlords of the house where she used to live along with her husband Tufail Masih. Naeem and Murad were the sons of the Landlord Muhammad Wasim, at Okara of the house where Zeenat Bibi used to live with her husband and four children, Naeem And Murad often used to visit Tufail Masih in his house where they used to harass Zeenat bibi sexually. She often told her husband about this harassment but he used to ignore by saying that they are rich people and he cannot blame them of doing such act.
On August 2011, both Naeem and Murad came to the house of Zeenat bibi to see Tufail Masih but Tufail was not home. They both found a chance to disgrace Zeenat Bibi while she was all alone at home. They both sexually assaulted her and raped her and left her injured at home. When Tufail Maish and the children came home they found her critically injured. They took her to the hospital where she tried to record her statement in front of the police but because Naeem and Murad are from the respectable Muslim family and there was no evidence of the act so the police refused to record the statement of Zeenat bibi. More over now Zeenat bibi has lost her respect and was disgraced her husband also left her and he took children along with him because they believe that now there is no place for Zeenat bibi in their house and in the society. Zeenat bibi came to know about the activities of The Voice in their area. She requested The Voice to help her getting justice in the society, and get her children back from her husband. The Voice contacted the police who was reluctant to register a case of sexual assault and rape against the Muslims but after getting orders from the Court through The Voice lawyers they registered a case against the culprits. Now the culprits are behind the bars and the Voice is persuing this case in the courts. Once Zeenat bibi gets the justice from the court than The Voice will file custody case for the children of Zeenat bibi.
